SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

StepStone Front Desk is an automated lead capture program operated by StepStone Industry LLC. SMS messages are sent to contacts who have opted in to receive communications related to missed call follow-ups, lead capture notifications, appointment confirmations, and service updates.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and inbound call volume. You may receive multiple messages per day during high-activity periods.

3. Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. StepStone Industry LLC does not charge separately for SMS messages.

4. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS communications in one of the following ways:

• Submitting the opt-in form at stepstoneindustry.com/sms-consent with checkbox confirmation

• Providing verbal consent during a recorded call (for transactional messages only)

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of all SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

7. Consent & TCPA Compliance

Express written consent for promotional messages is obtained exclusively through our online opt-in form with affirmative checkbox confirmation, as required under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227. Transactional messages may be authorized via verbal consent during a recorded call.

8. Data & Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at stepstoneindustry.com/privacy-policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

9. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all devices or regions.
